The multi-purpose multimedia conference room can be booked on request at the e-mail address asteprivate@apepnotai.it even during evening and holiday hours by professionals (condominium administrators, lawyers, accountants, etc.) or consulting companies who request it to hold meetings, training courses, etc. It is located in Padua at Via Piccinato No. 9 on the ground floor of the “Meta Business Center,” facing the main entrance of the Padua Fair and is completely independent from the office part. Centrally located and convenient to the center, it is easily accessible from the train station, bus station and court and has ample parking in front. It can accommodate about fifty people and is equipped with services, air handling system, sound system with microphone, projection and video control system as well as free wifi.
The room can be divided as needed and quickly into two separate rooms with a capacity of about fifteen seats each. Both spaces when divided are equipped with a multimedia screen and a desk for speakers/faculty.
